Running a childcare centre means remembering the best ways to enjoy yourself. Kids will see through many of the facades that fool parents and like to have fun in a safe and supportive environment. They are clear about their needs and don't feel the need to hide their feelings. I love working in an environment where I need to place myself in the mind of a child each day.
